- Now boiled enough water in a pan. Take small portions of dough and give them small size ball shape. And put them into boiled water for 10-15. When it'll be ready color will be changed. Then keep aside for 20 min. Chaap is ready..
- For gravy :- At first heat the pan with Ghee & fried those soya balls like light golden color. Thn keep aside..
- Now add Bay leaf, cardamon, cinnamon and star anise. Thn added all pastes & curd. Cooked for 2 min..
- When oil came out from spices thn add powders, salt, sugar and Soya-Chaap. Thn cooked for 5-6 min. No need to add water..
