- Make small balls from it and deep fry in oil.
- Boil peeled onion and garlic in cooker with 1/2 cup water.
- Grind into a smooth paste when it is cooled completely.
- Heat clarified butter in a wok and add green chilli.
- Add whole spices.
- Saute onion paste on low flame.
- Colour of onion should not change.
- Add cream and milk.
- Cook until the gravy turn thick.
- Add salt,black pepper and sugar.
- Switch off the flame.
